The new “Glücksvogel” apartment offers modern alpine comfort with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious living area with kitchen, dining space, and a double sofa bed. On the large terrace, you can enjoy views over Schladming and the surrounding mountains. Its central location gives you easy access to the train station, ski bus, and the Planai West gondola. Hiking and biking tours start right outside the door, and the town center is just a few minutes away.

Payment terms:
The total amount of the reservation is due immediately upon booking confirmation.
Cancellation conditions:
The following cancellation conditions apply for arrivals from March 15 to November 30:
- Free cancellation up to 31 days before arrival
- 30 – 7 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee
- 6 – 0 days before arrival 100% cancellation fee
The following cancellation conditions apply for arrivals from December 1 to March 15:
- Free cancellation up to 61 days before arrival
- 60 – 31 days before arrival 40% cancellation fee
- 30 – 7 days before arrival 70% cancellation fee
- 6 – 0 days before arrival 100% cancellation fee
Additional costs:
Final cleaning: € 150.00 per stay
Local tax: € 2.50 per person per night (from age 15)
