Our small cozy house is located 300m from the town center, so the baker, supermarket, hairdresser, cafés, restaurants, etc. are all within a few minutes' walk. The apartment is located on the first floor of our two-family house.

- Pets are allowed on request. Charges may apply.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
DEPOSIT: A deposit of 40% is required via an online portal after booking.
OCCUPANCY: Max. 5 people
Local tax per person (children under 15 free): € 3.25 / night
Final cleaning: € 115,- (included in the price)
Bedding and towels are included in the price.
Children under 2 years stay free in their parents' bed. A baby cot can be provided free of charge, subject to availability; we kindly ask for prior reservation with the host.
The remaining payment is due 1 day before arrival. The remaining payment is made online by credit card. If credit card payment is not possible for you, please contact the host directly after booking to arrange payment by bank transfer.
