Overnigt stay tax per person/ night € 2,50 (children up to the age of 14 free)
Deposit: 30% of the invoice total to secure the reservation, final cash payment at location. The day of early departure or late arrival will still be charged.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be in writing!
No cancellation fee for cancellations up to 3 months prior to arrival.
Cancellation fees of 40% for cancellations 1 to 3 months prior to arrival, 70% for cancellations 8 days to 1 month prior to arrival and 90% for cancellations 7 days prior to arrival.
The General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006) apply
Smoking is not allowed in the Apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
