Our three apartments combine rustic coziness with modern accents, providing the perfect ambiance for every taste. Each apartment has its own charm and guarantees an unforgettable stay.
The apartments are located in the idyllic village of Aich, just a few minutes' drive from Hauser Kaibling and the entrance to the famous 4-Mountains Ski Swing. Ideal for ski and snowboard enthusiasts in winter as well as hikers and nature lovers in summer.
In the Schladming-Dachstein region, you will find numerous recreational opportunities – from athletic activities to relaxed moments amidst breathtaking natural scenery.

DEPOSIT: after booking, a deposit of 40% must be paid via an online portal.
OCCUPANCY:
"Apartment Sopherl 1" for max. 4 persons
"Apartment Sopherl 2" for max. 6 persons
"Apartment Sopherl 3" for max. 6 persons
Local tax per person (children under 15 years free): € 2.50 / night
Final cleaning: € 95,- ("Apartment Sopherl 1") or € 130,- ("Apartment Sopherl 2" and "Apartment Sopherl 3") is included in the total price
Bedding and towels are included in the price.
Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.
Parties are prohibited in this accommodation.
Pets are welcome upon prior arrangement (€ 10,- per pet per night)
Children under 2 years stay for free in the parents' bed. A baby cot can be provided free of charge, subject to availability; we kindly ask for prior reservation with the host.
The remaining payment is due 1 day before arrival. The remaining payment is made by credit card. If credit card payment is not possible for you, please contact the host directly after booking to arrange payment by bank transfer.
