Our 130 sqm2 apartment BergLeben was newly built in 2021 and is located on the Vorberg, the sunny side of Schladming. You can expect a modern accommodation with a view of the beautiful mountain scenery, which you can enjoy from the 80 sqm2 terrace.
The apartment is ideally located in the middle between two ski areas: The nearest ski slopes - the children's paradise Rittisberg and the Schladming 4-mountain ski area - are 10 minutes away by car. Alternatively, the bus stop with suitable bus connections is right next to the accommodation. For enthusiastic cross-country skiers, Ramsau is ideally suited: The large network of cross-country ski trails is within walking distance from the apartment.
Parking spaces are available directly at the accommodation.

Coming from Salzburg and Graz via the Ennstalbundesstraße ( B 320), you exit in Pichl and drive towards Vorberg. After 3 km you will reach the Steirerhof, staying on the highway, take the 2nd entrance on the left into the Hocheggstraße. If you follow this road you will find the house Bergleben, house number: 168.
