Arrival & Departure
Check-in from 3:00 pm, check-out until 10:00 am.
Late arrival after 7:00 pm upon request (key safe available).
Payment
40% deposit within 7 days after booking.
Remaining balance payable before arrival or on site.
Cancellation
Summer (Apr–Nov): free up to 30 days, 30–15 days 40%, 14–8 days 70%, 7–1 days 90%, no-show 100%.
Winter (Dec–Mar): free up to 60 days, 60–31 days 40%, 30–8 days 70%, 7–1 days 90%, no-show 100%.
We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
