Ze herinnert aan de bergbeklimmers die in de zuidelijke wanden van de Dachstein zijn verongelukt.

You can find the Mountaineer Memorial on the 5-Huts-Trail next to the Brandalm. It was built in loving memory of the mountaineers who lost their lives climbing the southern walls of the Dachstein massif since 1879.
