Every year at the end of July, there is a joint brass band concert of the local music groups from Altaussee. The Salinenmusik Altaussee and the Feuerwehrmusik Lupitsch showcase their skills together in the Kurpark Altaussee.

In the newly designed spa park right in the center of Altaussee, a special brass music evening awaits all listeners. The two local bands from Altaussee and the district of Lupitsch will perform together today.

For over 170 years, there has been the Berigmusi, as the Salinenmusikkapelle in Altaussee is affectionately called. For many years, Andreas Langanger has held the position of conductors.

This year, the fire brigade music band Lupitsch is celebrating its 100th anniversary here, and conductor Lisa Pürcher has been at the helm for several years.

Both brass bands have jointly prepared a promising concert which will resonate from the music pavilion in the evening hours in Altaussee.

Starting this year, small refreshments and snacks will be offered to the right of the music pavilion in the new umbrella bar. This umbrella bar will be provided by the Salinenmusik Altaussee.

Nearly 80 musicians are looking forward to welcoming music-loving listeners, locals, and friends.
