Fresh Smoked Char and Folk Music

Freshly smoked char is prepared in the garden of the Schneiderwirt inn, and the summer evening will be musically framed.

The traditional inn in Altaussee is located right in the town center. A cozy guest garden awaits fish-loving guests; of course, other dishes are also on today's menu.

Right in the guest garden, there is a smoker barrel, in which the Altausseer farmed char are smoked, prepared, and then served warm according to an old recipe.

The Schneiderwirtmusi has been playing for guests on special days for years, and on this culinary Monday, the evening will also be accompanied by the music trio. 

The musicians and the Schneiderwirt-team are looking forward to many guests.
