Beethoven plus Festival "Dialogue of Forms"

BartolomeyBittmann - progressive strings. Following the great success of their last award-winning album ten (German Record Critics' Award), BartolomeyBittmann focus in their new program "Best of BB" on the essence of their previous compositional work.
In the four programs that have emerged since then, the original compositions of the progressive duo express strong emotional contrasts: Meridian (2013) — finding a connecting line, a musical path. Neubau (2015) — the idea of creation through joint composition. Dynamo (2019) — the dramatic element in music and performance. z e h n (2022) — the continuity and carrying of a philosophy. The focus is always on the search for the acoustic foundation of their classical instruments.
Our programs this summer are understood as a series of such conversations – between epochs, handwriting styles, and sound concepts, between individual voice and collective form.
