Kathi and Patrick Birkl breed chickens of the "Bresse Gauloise" breed in Petersdorf near Fehring. Here the animals live like God in France, but in the warm southeastern Styria.
Kathi and Patrick always look forward to visitors who want to see and experience how they work. The poulard is also sold on selected dates throughout the year - ex farm or by mail throughout Austria.
