On our small farm in southern Styria, life is still in order - for people and animals.
We had the choice between entering industrial agriculture or preserving the old small-scale farming structures. Instead of becoming a food factory, we have focused on direct marketing of our traditional products.
It is more important to us to produce high quality food with a clear conscience and to treat our animals with respect. We have decided that everything should come from our own production, so that we know 100% what "is in our products". Whether in meat processing or in our traditionally run distillery, we still rely on time-honored knowledge, which we support with our current expertise and with modern technology.
