After the great success of the last years, GenussHauptstadt Graz invites you to the Truffle Market at Paradeishof in autumn 2024, where numerous international exhibitors will again present exquisite, high-quality truffle specialties from their respective regions.

The truffle country Italy offers extraordinary delicacies such as truffle salami or truffle cheese and the region Istria presents itself with exquisite "Tartufo Prestige" products such as the truffle chocolate cream and the popular black truffle. Truffles from Styria can be found on the market under the brand "Naturtrüffel". Of course, Graz is also represented at the truffle market. The "Waldschule" shows with the Graz truffle which epicurean treasures thrive in the Graz city forests. From it "Gaumengut" produces excellent products, such as truffle butter, truffle salami, truffle honey and much more. Just enjoy! The Italian region of Piedmont will be represented with the best from Alba and especially the world-famous white Alba diamond. Besides the white truffle, there will be Alba typical products such as hazelnuts, Tajarin pasta or Riso Carnaroli, one of the best Italian rice varieties.
