A piece of paradise stretches out at 1,374 meters above sea level: The Etrachsee lies idyllically between the inner-alpine areas of the Niedere Tauern, the Rupprechtseck and the Bauleiteck. Lush alpine meadows and imposing larches frame the picturesque Etrachsee.

Explore this grandstand seat on a 2km long circular hiking path or a fishing trip. You can find a good meal at the Karlhütte inn and the trout station located right next to it. The beautiful mountain lake is at an elevation of 1,374 m, has an area of 10.50 ha, and a depth of 4 m. The Etrachsee is a great starting point for several hikes. Ample parking is available.
