The 2023/2024 season has already ended - the ski lift would like to thank many motivated skiers for a great season

The Gaal ski area impresses with its many years of experience, guaranteed snow and top-prepared slopes.

Snow guarantee - perfectly groomed slopes, top sports equipment in the ski rental and capable ski instructors are guarantees for a wonderful family ski day in Gaal- Styria.

After the easy arrival, it is best to take the momentum with you on the 2.3 km long ski run and experience a varied warm-up run that is easy to master for the whole family. This ski run will take you directly to the adventure slope with XXL steep turns and waves that will surely thrill you. If afterwards the ways or slopes separate, this is no problem in Gaal. Here all lifts start at the same starting point and so you don't lose sight of each other and especially your children.

Night skiing is also a special feature, here you can experience skiing pleasure on 1.4 km of freshly prepared slopes, and the impressive view of Gaal at night.

The new Ski GaalaXie with a living room in the middle of the slope, is perfect for those who are still learning and is the most original children's land far and wide. Here you can learn by yourself, or take advantage of the courses offered by the Gaaler Lifte ski school.

With a little luck, you will meet one or the other World Cup skier or Olympic champion at the lift station, who always make their training turns in Gaal- Murtal.

Overview of our offer

Lifts: 2-seater chairlift, T-bar lift, 60 m conveyor belt with roof.
Ski and snowboard school: group lessons (children from 2,5 years) & individual lessons for adults & teenagers.
Ski rental: RENT instead of BUY. At the ski rental of the Gaal lifts you get the most modern winter sports equipment that fits you and is up to date. What's more, you don't have to lug your equipment around. If you fall in love with the equipment, you are also welcome to buy it.
