The elegant bungalow offers approximately 90 m² of living space with a thoughtful layout and an exclusive living environment. You have two bright bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a separate WC, and a practical utility room at your disposal, ensuring high everyday comfort.
The centerpiece of the house is the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. This inviting hub impresses with a friendly, light-filled atmosphere, creating a harmonious connection between the interior and nature through generous window areas.
Particular attention has been paid to high-quality materials and exclusive interior design. The entire interior has been custom-made by a carpenter, giving the chalet its distinctive, luxurious character.
From the living area, you can directly access the covered terrace as well as the spacious garden – perfect places to relax and enjoy. Please note that the Chalet Maier is a high-quality private property – we ask all guests to treat the house and its surroundings with care and respect. Pets are allowed upon request. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
