Knittelfeld is located in the heart of the Aichfeld, nestled in a picturesque natural landscape and just a few kilometers from the Red Bull Ring. As the largest town in the Murtal district, it offers a well-kept city center ambiance, numerous shopping opportunities, and a diverse cultural and leisure program. The town has been awarded the title of "Flower Town" multiple times and boasts green recreational areas, park facilities, and the city park with a unique mini-golf tournament facility.
