More information

Detailed information on how to get there can be found here.
The almost two-kilometer-long circular trail begins at the parish church of St. Heinrich in Unterlamm. Right next to the church is the first of the 18 stations. They tell of the 18 Marian apparitions that St. Bernadette had as a child in 1858 in the southern French town of Lourdes. We walk up the asphalt sidewalk in the direction of Vorderberg. Bushes and a row of birch trees line the path. After about 400 m we reach a side road. A brown sign with the inscription "Bernadetteweg" shows us the way to the left. On the right, the Handspur-Erlebweg der Sinne (hand trace experience path of the senses) leads us on the tracks of the volcanoes to the viewing platform "Ins Land schaun" on the Vorderberg. The further path to the Lebensart Atelier of Fritz and Tanja Marko is relatively flat. Already from a distance we can see the art objects made of iron, ceramics, stone and wood. Station No. 10, opposite the studio, is also a rest area. Here we follow the access road to the left. We pass by scattered fruit trees and vineyards. Along the entire path, benches invite you to enjoy the view and to linger in the beautiful places. Passing the Sonnenhügel guesthouse on the left, through the courtyard, the trail continues steeply downhill along the asphalt sidewalk to the center of Unterlamm. There you will find the final three stations of the circular trail.
At each station you will find a stone with an impressive picture, as well as a brief description of each message.
