An diesem Wochende unterrichte ich mit großem Schwerpunkt auf Yogatherapie und Individualität:

Im Yoga geht es vorerst darum zu lernen, dass man sich mit einem „Ich-will“ aus dem Ego blockiert und Asanas noch schwerer oder gar nicht gelingen. Die Atmung und die Haltung hat Vorrang vor Dehnung und Flexibilität. Wir wollen Körper und Geist im Einklang an die Praxis heranführen. Ziel soll vorerst sein, zu erkennen, dass man über einen liebevollen Umgang mit sich und dem Körper in ungeahnte Möglichkeiten und Körperwahrnehmungen vordringen kann und sich Blockaden ganz plötzlich in Luft auflösen. Man weiß nicht nur Bescheid über Work - Life - Balance, Meditation und Energieübungen, man kann auch das Gelernte in der eigenen Yogapraxis zuhause umsetzen.

Preis: 355,00 € inkl. Yogastunden, Nächtigung, Verpflegung von Kulmer Fisch (Frühstück bzw. Brunch und Abendessen sowie Kuchen, Kaffee, Tee, Säfte und Wasser)
