Christoph and his kitchen team are always trying to conjure up special treats for their guests. The focus is on steaks, paired with a regional-Mediterranean cuisine mix and wines from the Vulkanland Steiermark DAC, as well as a good selection of cocktails & drinks from the region. In 1981, the foundation stone for diemuehle was laid. From an idea of family Rauch Dominikus and Erika was founded in addition to the "Rauchmühle" an inn.
Two generations later, in June 2010, Christoph Feldgitscher brought the business out of "deep sleep" and dared to make a new start with diemuehle. Christoph & Julia together with their family put all their energy, passion, creativity and love into the restaurant, noticeable through the cozy and atmospheric ambience.
