Franz Deutschmann has been running his organic farmstead cheese dairy for over 25 years. Since the beginning, he has relied exclusively on the use of organic raw milk and traditional craftsmanship.
Already since 1988 the farm is managed according to the guidelines of "organic farming" and since 1991 it is considered as a recognized organic farm. The fresh organic cow's milk that is processed at the farm comes exclusively from the own animals of our organic farm, which is certified according to the guidelines of the "Harvest" association. Since the year 1993, the finest raw milk cheese specialties have thus been created in the organic farm cheese dairy Deutschmann, which are brought to full maturity in the old vaulted cellar.
