Your booking / reservation is subject to the General Terms and Conditions to the
Austrian Hotel Industry (AGBH 2006)
Should you be unable to come and use your room, we shall try to do our best to rent
out the room to other guests. If this is impossible, the following cancellation policy applies:
21 day prior to arrival: free cancellation
7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the full price
Less than 7 days prior to arrival or anticipated departure: 100% of the full price
Please be aware that your cancellation must be made in writing in order to be valid.
To save you unnecessary cancellation costs, we recommend you to take a insurance via
