The vacation home Kühbartl Simmerl is a self-catering house and has a size of 110 square meters. The center of the cozy togetherness is the kitchen-living room with the comfortable couch and the common dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has a wood-burning stove, an electric stove, a refrigerator and a dishwasher.

Dreaming is mandatory in the three cozy bedrooms and the two bathrooms also leave nothing to be desired. Beautiful retreat islands invite you to relax. But the hidden wine cellar, stocked with a selected regional wine assortment, (almost) steals the show from all of this and ensures an exuberant mood.

A walnut tree with natural shade, sun loungers incl. parasols, a hammock, a sauna, a barbecue area, a sun terrace and other various feel-good corners around the house round off the extraordinary ambience for your relaxation.

For your culinary needs there are different kinds of tea and depending on the season from the in-house garden natural herbs, organic fruits and berries.
