Inspired by the typical style of a classic longhouse, our object "Hof Niglberg", whose concept/ideology and basic design from the "Thombauer Hube" on Eichberg was taken over and supplemented.
Our focus in this house is particularly on the generous design of the living/spa area with relaxation room and the stainless steel pool with sun terrace in the outdoor area. The high-quality living comfort results on the one hand from the generous light-flooded living-recreation rooms and on the other hand by the exclusive equipment.
In addition, all lounges on the ground floor were wheelchair-accessible. The cultivation of a "Kellerstöckl of South Styria", presents itself inside, as a sauna and a cozy rest room. The fantastic location in Untergreith contributes to complete peace and relaxation.
Built on the edge of a forest on a hillside, surrounded by dam deer, you can enjoy the hilly landscape of the border region of Southern Styria with its view of Remschnigg Alm and Arnfels Castle from the two sun terraces.
Facilities:
On 2 levels you have 150 m² of living space available. After the entrance area with cloakroom and access to the toilet, you enter through a large door, the kitchen and dining area, with adjoining living area. A modern kitchen including complete equipment and the stove round off the new domicile in its exclusivity. A double-wing door and the hearth fireplace separate the living area from the sauna and relaxation area.
These are located in the cultivated Kellerstöckl. Here you can jump into the pool after a tingling sauna session or relax on the chaise lounges. A free-standing bathtub in the relaxation room invites you to a feel-good bath and then the evening with a selected bottle of wine on the terrace by candlelight.
Upstairs are two comfortable bedrooms with their own bathrooms and toilets. From each of the rooms you have the south-facing windows, unobstructed views of the hilly landscape of southern Styria.
