Current Information

Our accommodation takes part in the campaign "WORRY-FREE-BOOKING" in winter (for online bookings until 05.04.2021). We have adapted our cancellation rules accordingly, or if one of the following points is present, a free cancellation is possible until the day of arrival:

  • The “Corona Warning Light” operated by the Austrian Federal Government now classifies your intended holiday destination as a RED ZONE.
  • The border to Austria is closed and entry is no longer possible.
  • The foreign ministry of the guest’s home country has issued a travel warning for our holiday region/district with an advisory against non-essential travel. Travel to Austria for holiday purposes is not possible.
  • The guest or other persons living in the same household have tested positive for corona (medical certification of this fact may not be more than 48 hours old) or a government-ordered quarantine remains in effect at the previously scheduled time of arrival. In this case, the guest is required to present the host with appropriate documentation of the circumstances.
