In the Schilcherland, wine has an idiosyncratic inheritance theory. Blue becomes red, rose and even white.

As a pure - 100% Schilcher winery, we are committed to the Blauer Wildbacher and are happy to share our experience, knowledge and passion with our guests.
We now have the 1st Schilcherbier Original Blue Grape in our company.

We are a 100% Schilcher winery and are dedicated exclusively to the variety Blauer Wildbacher.
We transform it into white, rosé and red wines.
The different varieties of the Blauer Wildbacher you can either enjoy and purchase ex-farm, or you want to dive more into the world of Schilcher.
To do this, you can sign up for our guided tours of the winery with information about the production of each variety, followed by a tasting in our tasting room.
