Energy source forest at Wieserhof
Immerse yourself in the atmosphere of the forest with all your senses. Under the motto "Forest does you good!" forest health trainer Ms. Heidi Liebminger shows you mindfulness exercises in the forest to strengthen your personal well-being.

Minimum age: 15 years
No long distances are covered.
Please bring warm, waterproof clothing (Zwiebellook), good shoes and a seat pad. It's always a bit cooler in the forest!

At the beginning of Rothenthurm (coming from Judenburg) you will find the Rosenkranz carpentry shop on the left (large stone pine bed) - turn into the village there - from there follow the signs to "Wieserhof" (approx. 3 kilometres into Feistritzgraben).
