Landler Country walk #4

The Landler Spazierweg #4 is easy to medium demanding. The gradient is medium and the walk takes about 2 hours. The trail is well suited for families, but sturdy shoes should be used.

You start at the former inn and take the path that leads straight ahead from the inn. The path continues past the Kraushöhle cave and then goes up a small hill and then down again. Follow the path and you will finally come back to the starting point.

Vienna: A1 to Ybbs, B 25 direction Wieselburg-Scheibbs-Göstling-Palfau-Gams

Salzburg: A 10 to exit Altenmarkt, on the B 320 direction Schladming to Liezen, then on the B 146 direction Admont, through the Gesäuse to Hieflau, left to Gams

Graz: A 9 to exit Traboch, onto the B 115 in the direction of Eisenerz-Hieflau-Gams

Linz: A 1 to exit Enns, via B 309 to Steyer, there onto B 25 direction Weyer-Altenmarkt- Großreifling - Landl, onto B 25 to Gams

Vom Ausgangspunkt geht man die Straße entlang, die geradeaus vom ehemaligen Gasthof wegführt. Man kommt an der Volksschule Gams vorbei und geht dann den Weg weiter nach unten. Bei der nächsten Weggabelung geht man links eine Schotterstraße entlang. An der nächsten Abzweigung, bei einer Kapelle, geht man rechts weiter. Oben angekommen geht man auf der anderen Seite wieder herunter. Man folgt immer dem Weg und erreicht wiederum den Weg, auf dem man zuvor herunterkam. Nach ca. 1 h 45 min hat man schließlich den Ausgangspunkt erreicht.
