In Hieflau uphill to the open air pool!

We start our tour at the open-air swimming pool in Hieflau and walk uphill towards the east until the end of the road past the " Xeishittn".

At the first bend in the forest we already see the first sign with "Rundwanderweg" on the left into the forest.

Below the corner stable we go first uphill then downhill until we see the Gh. storm on our left. We follow the path to the road and cross the bridge over the wall where we cross the river Enns.

We pass by the Wandaubern and follow the Enns until we reach the charcoal burner centre. Here we can have a snack and visit the charcoal burner centre.

At the Scheibenbrücke we cross the Enns again and shortly after the bridge we turn right off the road to the Waagspeicher and further to the sports field.

We continue walking and follow the signs. Turn off the road again and walk idyllically through the woods by the brook until we reach the railway, which we cross and walk to the main road.

We cross the road and walk a few meters to the right where we take the first left in the direction of Waldrandsiedlung.

At the end of the settlement we come again on a path into the forest where we enjoy beautiful views into the valley.

At the end we see our starting point again!

Stop at the Gh. Sturm and visit of the charcoal burner centre
