The start is at the village square in Aich. The route leads comfortably on the Enns Bike Path to Ruperting and from there on to a moderately steep asphalt road at the beginning, whose gradient increases over time. Past the Natur- und Wellnesshotel Höflehner, the surface changes to gravel and the road also becomes flatter. Once you have reached the beautiful Gumpental, you will have a fantastic view to the Höchstein and traditional huts invite you to take a break. The loop turns left after the Maierlalm, where you follow a flat alpine road until you turn right towards Seewigtal and another short climb begins. Soon the tractor path narrows and a beautiful forest path begins. Shortly after, the highest point of the climb is reached and a fun alpine path leads downhill into the Seewigtal. Here, a 15-minute hike to the Styrian Bodensee is an option before continuing the tour on the Seewigtal road towards Gössenberg. Now follows the last ascent of this round on a slightly ascending asphalt road with a magnificent view over the entire Ennstal. Via a gravel road you finally reach the Pirklalm, where the descent from the Pruggererberg into the valley begins. On the descent, attention is required so that after a few hairpin bends you do not miss the turnoff to the Auberg, over which the tour leads downhill to Assach. Once back on the Enns Bike Path, you can comfortably cycle the last few meters to Aich and back to the starting point.

Stop at the Stangl Alm or Seewigtal Stüberl (directly on the route), or walk to the Gasthof Forellenhof at the Styrian Bodensee.
