The apartment is located southeast directly in Bad Radkersburg, about 1. 5 km from the Parktherme and about 1 km from the border crossing to Slovenia.

It can accommodate up to 5 people - a bedroom for 2 people, a cabinet for 1 person and a pull-out sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and of course also regarding dishes etc. overcompletely equipped.

Bathroom with shower and toilet are separate rooms and in the anteroom is a washing machine connected.

All rooms are equipped with TVs and Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The Wi-Fi password is in the apartment.

The apartment has a large, sunny terrace.

Under the house there is an underground car park with an entrance height of 2. 10 m. The corresponding parking space is labeled with B2. Other parking spaces are available right in front of the house.

In the entrance area of the house there is a covered bicycle parking.

    For a booking period of 8 nights or more, the payment amount is reduced by 10% for the total stay!!!!

    Cancellation is possible up to 14 days before arrival free of charge, the deposit will be refunded.

    If cancelled up to 3 days before arrival, 20 % of the cost of the total stay will be charged.

    After that, 90% of the cost of the total stay will be charged.

    In case of no-show or late arrival, the total amount will be charged.

    When booking, the personal details of all guests must be provided. You get the regional guest card automatically and free of charge with many discounts in the area.

Arrival by train: train station Bad Radkersburg, then city bus to bus stop Bad Radkersburg Schulzentrum

Arrival by car: Motorway exit A9 Gersdorf, then take the B69, at the last roundabout before the border crossing to Slovenia turn left, until Neubaustr. 8

Check-in on the day of arrival is possible from 12 noon with the number code sent.

Check-out on the day of departure by 11 a. m. After that, the numeric code is no longer valid.
