Wirtshaus Lilli: Down-to-earth enjoyment at the highest level
On Fehring's main square, a new inn has found its home in May 2021. Walter Triebl and his partner Verena Leitner have opened their own restaurant - the Lilli.
Former chef at the Saziani Stub'n, Junger Wilder, ranking in the Top 100 Chefs of Austria - the list of successes is long when talking about Walter Triebl. It is therefore not surprising that the master chef has long wanted to wield the wooden spoon in his own restaurant.
At Lilli, Walter's passion for regional products and his excellent cooking skills merge with Verena's warmth and hospitality to guarantee guests unforgettable culinary experiences in a feel-good atmosphere. "It is important to us that guests enjoy being with us and that they go home satisfied and full," says Walter. The Lilli can definitely meet these requirements: The two different menus offer not only classic dishes such as schnitzel, but also sophisticated fine dining, where every gourmet gets his money's worth. Of course, in addition to exquisite food, the right wine must not be missing. That is why the fine dining dishes also offer the option of rounding off the total work of art with a wine accompaniment.
