The Styrian Apple Road leads you through the middle of the apple country with over half a million fruit trees. The Styrian Apple Road In 1986 around 40 farmers joined forces and founded the "Styrian Apple Road" association. The basic idea was to strengthen the economic power of the region and to bring the wonderful area of local fruit growing closer to everyone. This is how the 25-kilometer Apple Road was created, which begins near Gleisdorf on Wechselbundesstraße (B54) and extends over five municipalities.
