Laughter is healthy
Where there is faith, there is also laughter, Martin Luther once said - and indeed. If you are on the Pilgrims' Way of the World's Religions in Rottenmann, you will see a smile cross everyone's face at some point.
Yes, this path is not just beautiful, it literally makes your heart beat faster. Be it because of the artistically designed figures that make a creative contribution to the respective religion or because of the beautiful nature that leaves its pilgrims in contented amazement to the left and right of the path - somehow everything is a bit more beautiful on this path.
Learning from and in nature
The starting point of the pilgrimage trail is the Rottenmannerhütte car park. It is about 480 metres in altitude that lead up to the hut of the same name. The individual works of art on the respective religions are spread out over a distance of just under 4 km, so that there is always enough time to reflect in between. Whether Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism or Christianity - an elegant picture of each religion is provided here in a detailed, informative and sensitive manner. But the path has much more to offer. Lush meadows, rustic forests, breathtaking views and a mountain lake, which provides the necessary refreshment, let nature lovers get their money's worth.
Pilgrimage makes you hungry
Those who want to indulge in some earthly delicacies after the pilgrimage trail have the opportunity to stop off at the Rottenmanner Hütte. Hand-rolled dumplings, hearty cheese specialities and home-baked bread have made many a person rejoice.
