The country house was built according to Peter Rosegger's plans and invites you to get to know less considered aspects of the poet, namely the critical, political and self-staging side.

In 1877 the country house was built according to Peter Rosegger's plans, where he spent the summer months with his family and where he died in 1918. The museum is dedicated to less noticed aspects of the great poet, namely the critical, political and self-staging side. The study and the death room are in their original condition.
