Helmut Schmölzer's museum was born out of a decades-long passion to search for and collect minerals.

1,500 minerals and fossils from all over the world impress the museum's visitors. Insights into the history of the earth, the formation of minerals and the time of the dinosaurs open up a view into the interior of the earth. The history of talc mining in the Rabenwald and a gemstone cutting shop make the museum an experience for the whole family.
