Deer from our own enclosure is processed. With eggs from our own farm and products from the region, such as pasta, pumpkin seed oil, wine and small souvenirs, we round off the product selection. From the Brettljausn to the egg dish, you will be spoiled at the Hirsch-Hauser Jausensation, which is also the starting point for many hikes.

If you order in advance you can take the snack boards with you. A guided tour is possible by appointment!
