Our event wine farm is truly a jewel in the region of southwest Styria.The farm, which has been preserved in its original form since the 18th century, with a wonderful distant view over half of Styria, is the perfect place to experience very special moments. The delicious Schilcher of the Hackl vlg. Oswald comes from our own vineyards and is subject to the strictest quality controls.
In addition to the excellent homemade wines and the old building, which is still made of stone, there are also two idyllic guest gardens with an ancient linden tree.

As if time has stood still….Our ‘Buschenschank’ is accommodated in the barn of an old, traditional farm in West Styria. It was first mentioned in 1754 and has been passed down through generations of the Hackl family. The yard was the scene of a successful farmers’ uprising during the reign of Kaiser Franz Joseph in 1860, which enables us to serve tax-free food and drink to this day. The barn has been authentically restored and its many original features have been diligently preserved.
