The experience gastronome Christian Schilcher with his wife Kerstin: Unskilled & without experience in gastronomy: Already at a young age, Christian Schilcher had to help out in his parents' business, with little success, as he did not want to learn this job. He did an apprenticeship in the retail sports sector. After completing the apprenticeship and a few seasons in the ski area, he decided to return to the restaurant business. The qualification exams and sommelier training were then only a matter of time and enthusiasm.
