The pleasure theater
It all started with an Buschenschank and a lot of love for the business. At some point Toni and Daniela were then seized by the inventive spirit and worked on the Neusetzer, which you can even visit during the maturing process in the basalt stone. But there is not only the gossamer, pure white, fabulously mild Neusetzer bacon, coated with sea salt and herbs and matured for six months in the basalt bed, which melts deliciously on the tongue - in May 2021, the Krispels Genusstheater was opened. Chef Daniel Weißer conjures up a cuisine with seasonal regional delicacies here on the block of basalt. Drinking and dining takes place in the newly designed courtyard and in the premises formerly used for the Gutsheurigen. But do not worry about the cold cuisine and the specialties of the woolen pig and tarte flambée, because the Gutsheuriger becomes a KostBar! And if you don't want to go home after the tasting or the visit to the Genusstheater, you can lie down in one of the rooms and end your visit with a breakfast by the pool.
