The municipal office is located in the center of Passail (Markt 1, 8162 Passail). There is also a public toilet facility right here. There are still a few restaurants and a small park on the market square.

The municipal office or town hall of the Passail nature park community (with Hohenau, Arzberg and Neudorf) is located in the center of Passail (Markt 1, 8162 Passail), across from the Raiffeisenbank and various restaurants. There is also a public toilet facility in the same or associated building.

Many restaurants, shops, the park with seating and hiking trails lead past the town hall. There is also a bus stop right across the street. For longer parking please use the public parking lot at the fire brigade.
