The Forellenhof Joglland in Rettenegg is known for its fish menu. Erich and Sonja Tösch also devote themselves to fish farming.
Whether baked, fried, smoked or cooked - Austria's largest trout menu offers something for every taste. For example a trout fillet in potato crust or a fish farmer's feast. Excellent products such as the herring-type char or the sourly pickled "Jobi-roller" have already received several awards.
The restaurant can seat up to 50 people, the parlor is particularly suitable for smaller groups, and nature lovers can enjoy the delicacies on the sun terrace.
Forellenhof Joglland also offers event catering.
