The Eberhardt family built their own farm building for direct marketing in 1995. This consists of: Slaughtering bridge, slaughter room, cold storage room for slaughtering and cutting up the pigs, a bakery where farmhouse bread, yeast pastry, soup strudel, etc. are produced, and a selch.
The Eberhardt family leaves nothing to chance. Only healthy animals that feel well are a prerequisite for the best farm specialities. The products are, besides the yeast pastry such as Striezel, curd cheese, nut or poppy seed potatoes, apple strudel, curd cheese strudel, the bestseller "cooked bacon strudel".
