Beate Oswald's small vinegar factory is located in Koglhof. Extensive knowledge about vinegar production was acquired here. Today, a variety of tasty types of vinegar are made from the farm's own fruits and herbs. Only regional products are processed in the vinegar factory according to old traditions. During a guided tour, you can also learn impressions and interesting facts about vinegar production.

The various vinegar products, but also numerous other specialties, can be bought in the farm shop. There is also an online shop for orders straight to your home.

At the small vinegar factory, only regional products from the immediate area are processed. The different types of vinegar are made according to old tradition. These can be tasted and bought in the farm shop of the Oswald / Schaffer family. Other nature park specialties can also be found here. There is also an online shop where the products can be ordered.

During a tour of the vinegar factory in Koglhof, guests get an insight into the processing of the fruit and the traditional production of the vinegar types.
