Richard Achleitner has been brewing his beer, the Nassauer City Beer, since 2006.
This is a handcrafted, naturally cloudy and unfiltered beer made from barley malt, hops, yeast and water.
With a lot of love for the food "beer" and with great curiosity about new recipes, beer specialties are produced in small quantities in his brewery.

The Nassauer City beer is handmade.
  
It is a naturally cloudy full beer, unfiltered and unpasteurized.
The "house beer" is a malty, top-fermented beer,
the "Helle" is a hoppy, fresh cellar beer and the "Black" is a dark, slightly bitter malt beer with a coffee-chocolate note.
The beer specialties are filled in half-liter bottles and in 9 and 18 liter barrels.
