The Piwetz Mill offers a wide variety of high-quality natural products from regional producers. From (kernel) oils to vinegar specialties to the classic mill products, salts, snack specialties, to quality wines and varied gift baskets.
The Piwetz mill in Untermayerhofen near Bad Waltersdorf looks back on a long past. In 1916, Johann Piwetz acquired the mill business and created an economic center at the confluence of the two Safen rivers in Bad Waltersdorf. His milestones are the construction of a sawmill, an electrical plant, an inn and in 1932 he received the authorization to produce brown bread. In 1999, three generations later, Ing. Peter Böhm and his wife Michaela took over the family business.
The original mill business has now given way to trading in original foods of all kinds. In addition to Styrian pumpkin seed oil and nibbles, the various oils, vinegars, wines, pasta, desserts, mueslis and much more make connoisseurs' hearts beat faster.
Family Böhm is looking forward to your visit and is gladly available from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 12.00 and from 13.30 to 17.00 and Saturday from 8.00 to 12.00.
