From apples to mountain ash, from bees to birds, from forests to cultural treasures, from the history of mining to the life of farmers in the olden days: Our themed trails feature a wide variety of topics! Even though they are focused on imparting knowledge, the trails are fun and exciting!
Aside from interesting information on the respective topic, our themed trails feature lookout towers, wind chimes, small fountains, hydrotherapy facilities and interactive games. Entertainment is therefore assured.
If you want to visit an excursion destination on your hike, you have many options here as well: The “Bird Trail” starts in Pöllau with the magnificent monastery church and palace grounds, the “Tramway Apple Hiking Trail” passes the “Apple House”, and in St. Kathrein am Offenegg, the “Mountain Ash Panorama Trail” awaits with destinations such as the Sulamith Garden and the Edelbrennerei Graf distillery.
