“It is not enough to know, one must also apply. It is not enough to want, you also have to do it.” (Johann Wolfgang von Goethe) Is this plant edible? Which herb can be used to make an ointment? Which part of the plant is used? I answer all these questions on a herb hike together. I'll show you how to use fresh herbs, flowers and leaves from the forest and meadow in everyday life. It is simply wonderful what variety of plants and herbs are available to us in the Almenland. As a mother, it is important to me to bring you closer to the medicinal herbs of our region as an alternative way of helping our children. After the hike we will boil and taste the herbs we have collected in the forest living room and end the day comfortably.
