Mauterndorf

The leisure mountains "Grosseck-Speiereck" can be reached comfortably with the cable cars from "Mauterndorf" and from "St. Michael". The mountain stations are located at 2000m above sea level.

Transportation of wheelchairs, bicycles, strollers and dogs is free of charge. Many tours for hikers, cyclists, mountaineers .... in the midst of the magnificent mountain world of the Niedere Tauern.

The "Sonnenhang - Weg" an easy 3 km long hiking trail which is also suitable for baby carriages and wheelchairs. Along the hiking trails you will find benches and loungers to relax. Playgrounds, a bouldering wall, slackline and a handcart rental for the little guests, all this is available at the "Grosseck-Speiereck". In July and August there is a free daily activity program for guests.

Huts and restaurants on the mountain and in the valley will spoil you with delicacies.
