Teufelsteinrunde

• We start at the Zellerkreuz and hike comfortably in the direction of Nordern
• After a slightly ascending forest path we reach the Alptor
• At the Alptor we keep to the left in the direction of the Halderhütte
• We pass the Halderhütte and reach a beautiful alpine meadow, which we cross uphill
• Along the path we continue through a young forest
• Now we cross a forest road - a last short ascent leads us to Teufelstein
• We can enjoy the perfect panorama of the Hochschwab, Hochlantsch, Veitsch, Schneealm, Rax as well as the hill country of Eastern Styria.

• After the Teufelstein we can continue hiking to the "small Teufelstein", which is located in the middle of a large alpine meadow.
• We keep to the markings "Teufelsteinrunde".
• Via a small forrest way we finally arrive at the edge of a ski slope to the saddle "Auf der Schanz".
• From there we take the small path next to the country road and hike a short distance uphill - it is identical to the Weitwanderweg 740.
• Our path is crossed by several forest roads.
• At two crossroads, which are relatively close together, we turn right each time
• Finally we come back to the forest road, from which we can go back to Zellerkreuz.

It is also possible to start the hike from the Schanzsattel.
